The first step is to start with a roof inspection with a roofing specialist. Let’s see what is causing the leak before making a claim. Many leaks do not qualify for storm damages & insurance coverage.

Once the roof inspection is complete, it is time to sit down and discus the findings of your roof inspection. During this discussion we will look into the damages found and your existing insurance coverage to determine if making a claim is the right next step.

STEP 03

CLAIMS PROCESS

Once we have determined a claim is the right next step for you, we will move forward with getting your claim started. This begins with calling your home insurance provider and letting them know you would like to schedule an insurance adjustment for the storm damages found.

STEP 04

INSURANCE ADJUSTMENT

After the claim has been opened, they will assign a date to come out and inspect the damages. It is important to relay the date to your roofing specialist so they can be there to advocate for you during the insurance adjustments.

STEP 05

REVIEWING SCOPE OF WORK

After completing the insurance adjustment, they will provide you with a scope of work. It’s time to sit down with your roofing specialist to review what has been approved and what is missing from the scope.

STEP 06

PRODUCT SELECTION

It is now time to pick out the products you want to see on your property. One of our specialists will walk you through the installation process and materials we recommend. This is also the time to pick out the color and review the details of your contract.

STEP 07

ROOF INSTALL

After signing your contract we can schedule the earliest day that works for installation. Time to do the roof replacement. We will show up early, tear off your existing roof and by the end of the day, have a brand new roof installed. Some larger roofs may take longer than one day to complete.

STEP 08

CLAIM COMPLETION

Now that the roof has been installed, we will send a completion letter to your provider. At this time you can request a new roof discount on your insurance bill if your insurance provider offers this perk. Enjoy your new warranted roof!
